We are so excited to have the The Color Run™ tour heading out to Cali!  On November 3, 2012 The Color Run™ will be going down in San Diego.  Dubbed as “craziest, colorful, 5k of your life” the marathon raises money for various charities.  The San Diego run will be raising money for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Organizations. Basically you start off wearing the mandatory white t-shirt and by the end of the race you are covered in color from head to toe. Like Sedale said in her last health post we are trying to figure out “How to get it right, get it tight“, well after countless late night 7-11 runs and miserable stomach pains from too much Takis and rice crispy treats, I still don’t have an answer.  So it’s about that time again (Kanye’s “Workout plan” slowly enters in the background) Alysha and I have been going back and forth coming up with game plans to get right for the summer.  Time is flying by and we figured we will get off our butts and start working out.
